WHAT IS PAST LIFE THERAPY?
I use the term Past Life therapy because that is what is most people can relate to. Hypnosis is generally used to regress you back to previous incarnations and obtain information from that lifetime.
I do, however, have the ability to read a client’s past lives, which takes less time, but you will not actually go through experiencing a lifetime.
Most people experience past lifetimes, but some have experienced future lifetimes and the in-between life state of consciousness. Your subconscious mind tends to know exactly where you need to go. I am just a guide on your inward journey.
WHY IS PAST LIFE THERAPY HELPFUL?
Our souls journey through many lifetimes, and are imprinted with events from every one of them. Often, things that occurred in a past incarnation, though you cannot remember them, affect this lifetime, either positively, or negatively.
The objective is to draw on the positive to help you move forward, and clear the negative, which may be causing issues in your current lifetime.
HOW I APPROACH EACH SESSION:
Though it is very interesting to experience other lives we have lived, my approach is to use your appointment as a therapeutic session. In other words, we examine the lifetime/s to determine:
What circumstances may have created a positive or negative influence in your current lifetime?
What were your natural talents and positive characteristics in one or more past lives? Are you utilizing those talents in this lifetime? If not, what is stopping you from doing so?
If you have you brought through Karma to deal with in this lifetime that may involve people or situations from past lives.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN DURING A THE SESSION?
Your body will feel relaxed, and your mind will be alert. It is a state of “body asleep, mind awake”.
You will be able to converse freely with me and still be in trance.
You may feel emotional if you remember something intense from the lifetime you are exploring. The odd time, clients have a strong emotional response called abreaction. If this occurs, I will take you back and forth in time a few times to “normalize” the event. This is usually enough to calm you so you can examine the cause of the emotion. However, if it feels too uncomfortable, you can just open your eyes and come out of the trance. You are always in control.
WHAT MAY HAPPEN AFTER THE SESSION?
During hypnosis, you are in contact with your subconscious mind. Once you have made this deep connection, your subconscious mind sometimes continues to bubble up more facts about your experience over the next two to three weeks. It literally keeps filling in the blanks. So you may well experience insights, thoughts, and other emotions that you were not aware of during your session. This is totally normal.
HOW LONG DOES A SESSION TAKE?
Allow two hours for your appointment.
This may vary depending on:
How long it takes for you to go into a trance
How many past lives you visit
How much detail you get from each past life
How much time it takes to process after coming out of a trance
HOW TO I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
On the day of your appointment:
Limit caffeine in any form; sodas or coffee
You can eat food prior, but don't over-eat
If you generally drink bottled water, bring some with you, or bring a snack so that you can have a drink and food after the hypnosis session to ensure you are fully grounded back into your body so you will safely make your way home
Wear comfortable clothing
